Welcome to the City’s Performance Dashboard.
The City’s dashboard was designed in response to
Governor Rick Snyder’s proposal
to have all governments, in the State of Michigan, provide an easy and quick way
for residents to evaluate how their City is performing in the following areas: finance,
economic strength, quality of life, public safety and community partnerships, items
that can affect residents and business.
In addition, Public Act 63 of 2011 introduced an Economic Vitality Incentive Program (EVIP). Under EVIP, to receive additional statutory revenue sharing funding, the City needed a performance dashboard for its residents to view easily.
Much of the information provided in our Performance Dashboard is the same information that the City provides in other documents available online. We encourage you to link into those documents to learn even more about the City.
